146. Payment by the Société transfers to it all the claimant’s rights, without restriction.
Such conveyance shall be notified to the clerk of the court which rendered the judgment by the filing of a certificate from the Société establishing that it is subrogated in the rights of the creditor and the Société shall then be entitled to execute in its own name.

Such conveyance shall be notified to the prothonotary or clerk of the court which rendered the judgment by the filing of a certificate from the Régie establishing that it is subrogated in the rights of the creditor and the Régie shall then be entitled to execute in its own name.

146. Payment by the Fonds d’indemnisation transfers to it all the claimant’s rights, without restriction.
Such conveyance shall be notified to the prothonotary or clerk of the court which rendered the judgment by the filing of a certificate from the Fonds d’indemnisation establishing that it is subrogated in the rights of the creditor and the Fonds d’indemnisation shall then be entitled to execute in its own name.
