12. Any transfer of the right to an indemnity contemplated in this title is absolutely null.
Any person who transfers part of his indemnity pursuant to such an assignment has a right of recovery against the person receiving it.

12. Any assignment or any transfer in collateral guarantee or otherwise of the right to any indemnity contemplated in this title is null by operation of law.

12. Where a reimbursement benefit for expenses incurred is payable to a victim, the person who paid such expenses for the victim is entitled to receive the benefit in the place of the victim.
