A-24 - Cooperative Associations Act
Section 52
Disposition versions
52. The general meeting, by special by-law, may:
(a) change the corporate seat of the association;
(b) change the objects of the association;
(c) change the name of the association;
(d) increase or decrease the amount of each common share.
Such by-law shall not come into force until its approval by the Minister and the publication of a notice according to section 8.
