Disposition versions
15. If an executive committee is constituted under section 96 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26), the president and vice-president of the Order shall be members of the committee by virtue of office.
Another member of the executive committee shall be designated by a vote of the members of the board of directors from among the members appointed by the Office and two other members shall be designated by a vote of the members of the board of directors from among the elected members.
15. An executive committee composed of five members of the board of directors, including the president, the vice-president, two elected directors and one appointed director, shall exercise the powers and be subject to the rules prescribed in sections 96 to 100 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26).
15. An administrative committee composed of five members of the Bureau, including the president, the vice-president, two elected directors and one appointed director, shall exercise the powers and be subject to the rules prescribed in sections 96 to 101 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26).
