11. In addition to the duties contemplated in section 86 of the Professional Code, the Bureau shall:

(a)  cooperate, in accordance with the terms and conditions fixed under subparagraph b of the first paragraph of section 184 of the Professional Code, in preparing curricula leading to diplomas giving access to a permit or a specialist’s certificate and in preparing examinations or any other means of evaluating the persons pursuing such studies;

(b)  provide for the keeping of a register of students in geodesy and of land surveyors pursuing specialized studies, and determine the formalities respecting entry in such register;

(c)  determine the formalities respecting entry and re-entry on the roll.
