97. Five members, including the chairman, constitute a quorum of the Office. In the event of a tie-vote, the chairman has a casting vote.
For the duration of the 42nd Legislature, the first paragraph is amended by replacing “Five” by “Six”.

From 21 December 1994 until the date of dissolution of the 35th Legislature, section 97 shall be read as follows:
“Five members, including the chairman, constitute a quorum of the Office. In the event of a tie-vote, the chairman has a casting vote.”.
