Section 87 Disposition versions

87. Chapters III, IV and V of this Act, with the exception of sections 21, 22, the second paragraph of section 24, sections 27 to 30, paragraphs 1, 3 and 4 of section 31 and of sections 32, 36, 38 and 39, and sections 60 and 84, adapted as required and in particular as if the words and figures “under section 21 or 22”, wherever they appear, were replaced by the words and figure “under section 86”, apply to the amounts contemplated in section 86 and to transactions in respect of such amounts.

In addition to the offences described in sections 62, 67, 69 and 71, the offences described in paragraphs 1 and 2 of section 61, in paragraph 5 of section 63, in paragraph 6 of section 64, in paragraphs 2 and 3 of section 65, in paragraph 3 of section 68, in paragraph 3 of section 70, in section 72, and in paragraph 2 of section 73, and sections 74 to 79 apply to obligations and prohibitions relating to the amounts contemplated in section 86 and to transactions in respect of such amounts.
