A-22 - Act respecting land survey

14. Any land surveyor who, in any report of inspection or valuation respecting lands in the domain of the State, whether vacant or sold, wilfully leads into error the Surveyor-General of Québec or his representatives, by false information, shall be liable to be struck off the Roll of the Ordre des arpenteurs-géomètres du Québec.
