Section 32 Disposition versions

1991-11-15

32. A person who fails to comply with an order given under paragraph 6 of section 23 or section 24 is guilty of an offence and is liable, for each day the offence continues,

(1)  in the case of a natural person, to a fine of $325 to $1,400;

(2)  in the case of a legal person, to a fine of $700 to $1,400.

1990-10-01

32. A person who fails to comply with an order given under paragraph 6 of section 23 or section 24 is guilty of an offence and is liable, for each day the offence continues,

(1)  in the case of a natural person, to a fine of $250 to $1 150;

(2)  in the case of an artificial person, to a fine of $575 to $1 150.

32. A person who fails to comply with an order given under paragraph 6 of section 23 or section 24 is guilty of an offence and is liable, for each day the offence continues, in addition to costs,

(1)  in the case of a natural person, to a fine of $250 to $1 150;

(2)  in the case of an artificial person, to a fine of $575 to $1 150.

32. A person who fails to comply with an order given under paragraph 6 of section 23 or section 24 is guilty of an offence and is liable, for each day the offence continues, in addition to costs,

(1)  in the case of a natural person, to a fine of $200 to $500;

(2)  in the case of an artificial person, to a fine of $500 to $1 000.
