A-20.01 - Act respecting pressure vessels

3. This Act applies to the manufacture of every pressure vessel.
It also applies to the installation and use of a pressure vessel on a vehicle, in a public building within the meaning of the Public Buildings Safety Act (chapter S-3) and in an establishment or on a construction site contemplated in the Act respecting occupational health and safety (chapter S-2.1).

It also applies to the installation and use of a pressure vessel on a vehicle, in a public building within the meaning of the Public Buildings Safety Act (chapter S-3), in an industrial establishment within the meaning of the Industrial and Commercial Establishments Act (chapter E-15) and in a commercial establishment within the meaning of that act, including a hotel, restaurant or store where only members of the same family work.
