7. Health and social services institutions include public institutions governed by the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-4.2), private institutions governed by that Act which operate with sums of money from the Consolidated Revenue Fund, agencies referred to in that Act and a health communication centre established under the Act respecting pre-hospital emergency services (chapter S-6.2).
Health and social services institutions also include public institutions governed by the Act respecting health services and social services for Cree Native persons (chapter S-5), private institutions governed by that Act which operate with sums of money from the Consolidated Revenue Fund and regional health and social services councils established under that Act.

7. Health services and social services establishments include the public establishments referred to in sections 10 and 11 of the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-5), the private establishments referred to in the said Act which operate with sums of money taken out of the consolidated revenue fund, the regional health services and social services councils established pursuant to the said Act, and the Corporation d’hébergement du Québec.

7. Health services and social services establishments include the public establishments referred to in sections 10 and 11 of the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-5), the regional health services and social services councils established pursuant to the said Act, the hospital centres that are private establishments under agreement within the meaning of this Act, and the Corporation d’hébergement du Québec.
