Versions
108. If the chair and the vice-chair of the Commission are absent or unable to act or if the offices of chair and vice-chair are vacant, the President of the National Assembly may, with the consent of the Prime Minister and the Leader of the Official Opposition in the Assembly, designate another member of the Commission to act in the place of the chair.
108. If the chairman of the Commission is absent or unable to act, the President of the National Assembly may, with the consent of the Prime Minister and of the Leader of the Official Opposition in the Assembly, designate either of the other two members of the Commission to act as chairman for as long as the chairman is absent or unable to act.
108. If the chairman of the Commission is temporarily absent or incapacitated, the President of the National Assembly may, with the consent of the Prime Minister and of the Leader of the Official Opposition in the Assembly, designate either of the other two members of the Commission to act as chairman for as long as the chairman is absent or unable to act.
108.
