104. The Commission is composed of at least five members, including a chair and a vice-chair.
The members are appointed, on a motion of the Prime Minister, by a resolution of the National Assembly approved by not less than two-thirds of its members. The resolution states the division to which the members, other than the chair and the vice-chair, are assigned for the duration of their term of office. However, at least two members must be assigned to the adjudication division.
The Assembly shall determine, in the same manner, the remuneration, social benefits and other conditions of employment of the members of the Commission.
The members of the Commission hold office on a full time basis.
