71.2. If the subject of an amendment contemplated in section 71.1, the interim control by-law comes into force 60 days after receipt of copy of the amending resolution by the Minister. However, if the latter indicated in writing, after receiving copy of the resolution, his intention not to disallow the by-law, it comes into force on the date when the Minister sends the writing to the regional county municipality or on the later date fixed by him in the writing. One or the other date must be earlier than 60 days following receipt of copy of the resolution by the Minister and, if the second paragraph of section 71.1 applies, later than 30 days following that receipt.
The second paragraph of section 68 applies to the by-law that comes into force in conformity with this section.
