26. The monthly allowance provided for in the Family Allowances Act (Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, chapter F-1) is payable in the manner provided therein and in accordance with the following rates:
(a)  in the case of children under twelve years of age, $16.15 for the first child, $25.65 for the second and $62.43 for every additional child;
(b)  in the case of children twelve to seventeen years of age, $22.88 for the first child, $32.38 for the second and $69.16 for every additional child.
Such allowance shall be in lieu of the allowance provided for in paragraph 1 of section 3 of the said Act; it shall be payable in respect of every child who gives title to the allowance provided for in the said Act and whose parents, within the meaning of the said Act, are resident in Québec in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.
The Government, by regulation, may revise the rates provided in subparagraphs a and b of the first paragraph and determine the date on which the new rates take effect.

26. The monthly allowance provided for in the Family Allowances Act, 1973 (Canada) shall be payable, in the manner provided therein, at the rate of $12.00 for the first child, $18.00 for the second, $36.95 for the third and $46.05 for every child after the third; such allowance shall be increased by $5.00 for every child at least twelve years of age.
Such allowance shall be in lieu of the allowance provided for in paragraph 1 of section 3 of the said act; it shall be payable in respect of every child who gives title to the allowance provided for in the said act and whose parents, within the meaning of the said act, are resident in Québec in accordance with the provisions of the said act.

26. The monthly allowance provided for in the Family Allowances Act, 1973 (Canada) shall be payable, in the manner provided therein, at the rate of $15.42 for the first child, $23.11 for the second, $47.45 for the third and $59.13 for every child after the third; such allowance shall be increased by $6.42 for every child at least twelve years of age.
Such allowance shall be in lieu of the allowance provided for in paragraph 1 of section 3 of the said act; it shall be payable in respect of every child who gives title to the allowance provided for in the said act and whose parents, within the meaning of the said act, are resident in Québec in accordance with the provisions of the said act.
