15. Where a family ceases to be entitled to an allowance or where the person who receives the allowance is not entitled to receive it, the person who receives the allowance must notify the Board in writing without delay.

15. When, by virtue of a decision of the Board or following a review or an appeal, a person is designated to receive the allowance, other than the one previously receiving it, the previous payments shall remain validly made if they were used for the welfare of the child and family.
