A-13.2 - Act respecting assistance for victims of crime

12. The following are credited to the Fund:
(1)  the sums transferred to it by the Minister of Justice out of the appropriations allocated for that purpose by Parliament, the sums transferred to it by the Minister out of the sums referred to in section 13 and all other sums that, pursuant to an Act, are paid into or transferred to it out of the sums credited to another fund in the Consolidated Revenue Fund;
(1.1)  the sums collected under article 8.1 of the Code of Penal Procedure (chapter C-25.1), to the extent determined by the Code;
(2)  gifts, legacies and other contributions from individuals or legal persons toward the attainment of the objects set out in this Act;
(3)  advances made to it by the Minister of Finance under section 54 of the Financial Administration Act (chapter A-6.001).

12. The assistance fund shall be funded out of
(1)  the sums paid into it by the Minister of Justice out of the appropriations allocated for that purpose by Parliament, the sums paid by the Minister out of the sums referred to in section 13 and all other sums paid pursuant to an Act;
(2)  gifts, legacies and other contributions from individuals or legal persons toward the attainment of the objects set out in this Act;
(3)  advances made by the Minister of Finance under the first paragraph of section 17.

12. The assistance fund shall be funded out of
