Section 87
Disposition versions
87. A victim who gives birth to a child as a result of a sexual act mentioned in section 151, 152, 153 or 155 of the Criminal Code (Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, chapter C-46) or sexual assault within the meaning of section 271, 272 or 273 of that Code is entitled, for as long as she provides for the maintenance of that child, to an indemnity therefor.
