85. If the victim has no spouse on the date of his death but has a dependant within the meaning of paragraph 2 or 3 of section 76, the dependant is entitled, in addition to an indemnity under section 83 and, where applicable, in addition to an indemnity under section 84, to a lump sum indemnity in an amount equal to the indemnity provided for in section 80, 81 or 82, as the case may be. If there is more than one dependant, the indemnity shall be divided equally among them.
