33. The Minister shall, from the one hundred and eighty-first day following the date of the manifestation of the injury, determine employment for the victim in accordance with the provisions of section 54.
The victim is entitled to an income replacement indemnity if he is unable to hold the employment determined by the Minister.
The indemnity is computed in accordance with the provisions of the third paragraph of section 29 and shall not be less than any indemnity the victim was receiving at the end of the one hundred and eightieth day following the date of the manifestation of the injury.
