A-13.2.1 - Act respecting assistance and compensation for victims of crime

26. A victim who proves that he would have held more remunerative employment but for special circumstances is entitled, if he becomes unable to hold such employment, to an income replacement indemnity computed on the basis of the gross income, determined by regulation of the Government, that he would have derived from that employment.
The employment must be regular full-time employment that would have been compatible with the training, experience and physical and intellectual abilities of the victim.
