25. A victim who ordinarily holds more than one employment, including at least one full-time employment, is entitled to an income replacement indemnity if he becomes unable to hold one of his employments.
The indemnity is computed, in accordance with the provisions of section 24, on the basis of the gross income the victim derives from the employment or employments he becomes unable to hold.
