146. The Minister, at the request of the Minister of Employment and Social Solidarity, shall deduct from the benefits payable to the claimant under this Title the amount payable under section 90 of the Individual and Family Assistance Act (chapter A-13.1.1).
The Minister shall remit the deducted amount to the Minister of Employment and Social Solidarity.

146. The Minister, at the request of the Minister of Employment and Solidarity, shall deduct from the benefits payable to the claimant under this Title any benefits that were paid directly to the claimant or to his family under the Act respecting income security (chapter S-3.1.1) and which are subject to reimbursement under section 35 of that Act.
The Minister shall remit the deducted amount to the Minister of Employment and Solidarity.
