A-13.2.1 - Act respecting assistance and compensation for victims of crime

102. The Minister may take any necessary measures to contribute to the rehabilitation of a victim, to alleviate or correct any incapacity resulting from the injury sustained and to facilitate his return to a normal life or his reinsertion into society or the labour market.
The Minister may also take any necessary measures to contribute to the psychotherapeutical rehabilitation of a relative where required for the rehabilitation of the victim.
