88. Except in the cases determined by regulation and as soon as the reduction ceases, a person must also repay to the Minister, up to the amount of the reduction, the amounts received under a last resort financial assistance program or the Basic Income Program while the allowances or benefits granted to that person or to that person’s family under another Act in force in Québec or elsewhere were reduced to compensate an overpayment.
