87. A person must also repay to the Minister the amounts granted under a last resort financial assistance program or the Basic Income Program, except those prescribed by regulation upon the cessation of a legal impediment to the alienation of a property and up to the amount of the net profit from the proceeds of the disposition or, in the other cases and according to the conditions determined by regulation, the amount that would not have been granted to the person or the person’s family if the property had been considered in calculating the benefit, up to the amount of the value of the property.

87.
