5. The body designated by the Government administers any financial assistance program established under this Act. It advises undertakings on their financing.

5. Subject to section 13, La Financière du Québec, constituted under the Act respecting Investissement Québec and La Financière du Québec (chapter I-16.1), shall administer any program of financial assistance established pursuant to this Act. It shall advise undertakings on their financing.
It shall also carry out any other mandate entrusted to it by the Government.
