5. The employee of an employer on whose account or on whose behalf a licence is held may perform operations proper to a travel agent without holding a licence himself, provided he so acts on account of the employer and not on his own account.
If such employee acts elsewhere than at an establishment of his employer, he must be able to identify himself as such on demand.
