Section 5.02
Versions
5.02. This Regulation does not affect the rights of a person:
(a) holding a diploma which, on 26 November 1975, gave access to the permit or specialist’s certificates of a professional order;
(b) who, on 26 November 1975, was registered in a course giving access to a diploma contemplated in paragraph a, if he obtains such diploma subsequently.
