The operator of an addiction resource must draw up for the persons lodged cohabitation rules promoting the supervision of the action, the reaching of objectives referred to in the individualized intervention plan and quality of life in the resource. The rules must include provisions to prevent any close contact.
Cohabitation rules must be adopted by the board of directors of the operator of the resource.
The operator of the resource must ensure that every person lodged has read and understood the cohabitation rules and has undertaken, in writing, to comply with them.
