P-29, r. 1 - Regulation respecting food

Full text Post mortem inspection: The carcass, parts and organs of animals slaughtered must undergo a post mortem inspection by an inspector immediately after slaughtering in a slaughterhouse whose operator holds a permit which is in force.
The carcass, the organs and any other part of a caribou slaughtered in accordance with subparagraph b of the fourth paragraph of section 6.2.1 must also undergo a post mortem inspection at a delicatessen plant whose operator is an authorized operator.
