52.0.10. A collection adviser for complex cases is authorized to sign the documents required for the purposes of
(1)  the provisions referred to in section 52.0.11;
(1.1)  articles 1059, 2960 and 3044 of the Civil Code; and
(2)  sections 34 and 37 of the Land Transfer Duties Act (chapter D-17).

(1)  the provisions referred to in section 52.0.11; and
(2)  sections 34 and 37 of the Land Transfer Duties Act (chapter D-17).
