86. An amount is allocated to a student for school fees for each trimester, determined as follows:
(1)  $2.31 per course hour at the secondary level, for vocational training;
(2)  $3.45 per course hour at the college level;
(3)  $123.39 per credit at the university level.
The amount in subparagraph 2 of the first paragraph is increased to $11.54 if the student is attending a private educational institution.
As of the 2014-2015 year of allocation, the amount provided for in subparagraph 3 of the first paragraph is adjusted annually. The adjustment corresponds to the difference between the amount of the basic tuition fees, determined per credit, for the year of allocation concerned and the amount determined for the preceding year of allocation. The adjusted amount is made public by the Minister on the website not later than 1 September of the year of allocation to which it applies.

(1)  $2.27 per course hour at the secondary level, for vocational training;
(2)  $3.39 per course hour at the college level;
(3)  $120.54 per credit at the university level.
The amount in subparagraph 2 of the first paragraph is increased to $11.35 if the student is attending a private educational institution.
As of the 2014-2015 year of allocation, the amount provided for in subparagraph 3 of the first paragraph is adjusted annually. The adjustment corresponds to the difference between the amount of the basic tuition fees, determined per credit, for the year of allocation concerned and the amount determined for the preceding year of allocation. The adjusted amount is made public by the Minister on the website not later than 1 September of the year of allocation to which it applies.

As of the 2014-2015 year of allocation, the amount provided for in subparagraph 3 of the first paragraph is adjusted annually. The adjustment corresponds to the difference between the amount of the basic tuition fees, determined per credit, for the year of allocation concerned and the amount determined for the preceding year of allocation. The adjusted amount is made public by the Minister on the website not later than 1 September of the year of allocation to which it applies.

(2) for the 2013-2014 year of allocation: $124.92;
(3) for the 2014-2015 year of allocation: $133.39;
(4) for the 2015-2016 year of allocation: $141.86;
(5) for the 2016-2017 year of allocation: $150.33;
(6) for the 2017-2018 year of allocation: $158.80.
