Regulation respecting enumerators’ badges
Election Act
(chapter E-3.3, ss. 40.20 and 550).

DIVISION I
GENERAL
1. The Interpretation Act (chapter I-16) applies to this Regulation.

DIVISION II
ENUMERATOR’S BADGE
2. Each enumerator shall, when enumerating, wear in a conspicuous fashion a circular plastic-covered metal badge 8 cm in diameter with a pin on the back.

3. The enumerator’s badge shall include the following particulars:
(a)  identification of the Chief Electoral Officer;
(b)  the enumerator’s name and title;
(c)  the badge number.
Each badge shall have a different number.

4. Enumerators shall return their badges to the returning officer when they have completed their duties.
