Regulation respecting the fees for the provision of compilations of information

Act respecting the legal publicity of sole proprietorships, partnerships and legal persons

(chapter P-45, s. 77).

1. The fees payable by any person requesting a compilation of the information contained in statements of information are $100 per request.

Notwithstanding the first paragraph, where a request requires the processing of a number of registrant’s records included in the statement of information that, calculated at $0.20 per record, exceeds $100, the fees payable shall be those resulting from the calculation.

2. In addition to the fees prescribed in section 1, the following fees are payable by any person requesting a compilation of information:

(1)  $10, where the compilation is recorded on a disk;

(2)  $10, where the compilation is provided by any means other than telematics;

(3)  $0.05 for each sheet printed out, where the compilation is produced on paper.

3. This Regulation replaces the Regulation respecting the fees for the provision of compilations of information (O.C. 1453-98, 98-11-27).
