Order in Council respecting the Rivière-à-Mars Controlled Zone
Act respecting the conservation and development of wildlife
(chapter C-61.1, s. 104).
1. The territory described in Schedule 1 is established as a controlled zone for the development, harvesting and conservation of Atlantic salmon, under the name of Rivière-à-Mars Controlled Zone.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
RIVIÈRE-À-MARS CONTROLLED ZONE
A territory located in the Municipalité régionale de comté du Fjord-du-Saguenay, in the townships of Cimon, Dubuc and Ferland, measuring 44.5 km in length and described as follows.
The bed of Rivière à Mars limited on its downstream part by the line dividing the townships of Bagot and Cimon, and limited on its upstream part by the southern limit of the Canton de Dubuc.
The following is included in that territory: a strip of land 60 m wide, running along the normal high water mark on the right bank of Rivière à Mars, limited to the north by the northeastern limit of the Canton de Cimon, and limited to the south by the right bank of Bras du Coco.
That territory also includes the islands located within the limits described above.
