Regulation respecting the contribution by users of health and social services institutions
HEALTH SERVICES AND SOCIAL SERVICES — CONTRIBUTION BY USERS
Act respecting health services and social services
(chapter S-4.2, ss. 512 and 514).
S-4.2
September 1 2012
1. The contribution in the form of a daily sum is payable after an adult has been accommodated for 45 days
(1)  in a facility maintained by an institution operating a rehabilitation centre for alcoholics and other drug addicts; or
(2)  in a facility maintained by an institution operating a hospital centre, except where the attending physician certifies in the user’s record that active care is still required because of a particular pathology and where such certification is given every 30 days thereafter.
